This saved € 3.5 million and secured € 22 million of turnover. Besides managing the team my role was to conduct negotiations with the Service Provider's Management. Despite competition from Cisco and Microsoft, the agreement was signed for the supply of four million licenses for a period of three years with a total revenue of € 4 million. This project led to the "Business Win of the Year Award.”
